so does that really mean they guarantee that you wont get any better performance gains than that? damn people...

Notice the magic word here "UP" to 27 hp. Which means they probly tested it on a big engine that yielded 27 hp. They state an increase of around 5% which is around 5-10 hp for a small 4 cylinder.

If you want a fan to push air into your intake, you only have 2 choices, either the E-Ram or the Force Flow. They are the only 2 fans out there capable of making pressure above atmospheric inside your intake.
