easy, look for a throttle cable that goes to the throttle body, no cable. then it is drive by wire.. I have the throttle cable. So that means no cheap cruise control for me

I have an 07 special value and it is drive by wire, the cruise control worked wonderfully, that's weird yours didn't I was more then a little disappointed about that. I don't even have the green wires in the bottom plug

I think I'm just going to mount mine in that little rubber piece in front of the shifter.

Just had a peek at the engine while cleaning the car and I have a normal throttle cable! Stupid 1.2 engine! So I have the hole in the steering wheel for the controls and no way of fitting it! Thanks Chevrolet Europe!

you would still be able to do it, there will just be more parts involved.
not sure what though on top of/other than adding a throttle cable and actuator.
