The price is low because I don't need it and it came with the car. I had planned to replace it from day one with a DVD head unit. It was only used for 3 months and yes it works fine.
I can't help you with the Honda, I don't know if or how to convert the dash to fit a double dim unit. You could look on line if there is a double dim instal kit for you Honda, you will need that any how.
