How to Remove the Front Bumper from a 2007-2011 Aveo Sedan
Hello to all those in Aveo Land! Today, I'm going to show you how to Remove the Front Bumper of your 2007-2011 Aveo Sedans.
Step 1: Remove the Headlights by removing the 3 10MM bolts holding them in place, then unplug the Electrical connections.

Step 2: Remove the 4 Clips holding the Grille to the Upper Core Support

Step 3: Remove the 3 7mm Screws that Secure the Left hand Wheel Well Liner to the Bumper

Step 4: Remove the 3 7mm Screws that Secure the Right Hand Wheel Well Liner to the Bumper

Step 5: Remove the 2 7mm Screws that secure the Bumper to the Left Front Fender

(NOTE: This 7mm Screw is why the headlights have to be removed)

Step 6: Remove the 2 7mm screws that secure the bumper to the Right Front Fender

Step 7: Remove the 4 14mm Nuts that Secure the Bumper Iron to the Front Core Support

Step 8: grasp the Front Bumper in the Bottom Corners of the Headlight Openings towards the Grille, and Pull Straight out; You SHOULD be left with the Image Featured Below (NOTE:cars that have been equipped with Fog Lamps, Disconnect the Fog Lamp Wiring before removing the Bumper, to prevent Damage to the Wiring Harness)

now you are free to do any Maintenance to the A/C System, Add Lighting, or make Repairs to the Bumper Cover itself! Installation is Reverse of Removal.
