They call the latest generation Aveo a Sonic in the US because people here didn't like it...

Nope, It's a different car. We have Sonics here too. And they look identical to the ones on the US(Chevy) Website. You can tell the Sonic apart by their indented headlights.

Ours looks like this... no indented headlights and a groove that runs the lenghts of the car. The sonic doesn't have those. It's a rebranded Daewoo Kalos in my opinion.
