engine swap and no charge battery backwardsin

Ive done a complete engine swap and my car wont charge. I accidently put the battery on backwards for a split secon
.. Heard a snap and disconnected the battery. It was only connectwd for a second max. I swaped out the ecu and alternator. Checked the grounds and all the wiring as well as the 100 amp fuse block off the battery. Checked all the fuses and have found nothing wrong or out of oeder. Can someone please help me wirh any sugestions as to where to look. I cant seem to find any fusable links and am totally lost on this one.

Try another battery? There are a lot of things that can go wrong with a backward charge. You could fry the starter, switches, etc. not just the fuses, they would be on the "grounded" side.
