Changing the Catalytic Converter

Does anyone have tips or a good step-by-step on replacing the catalytic converter on a 2006 aveo? It seems easy enough, six bolts, but I'm wondering about any gotchas. Mechanics have quoted really high prices on the parts, but there are low prices online. Is there any problem with ordering a part like this?:

Are the bolts/nuts rust-free so that they actually turn? If so, swapping the new cat should be very simple and easy.

That should do the trick ryan. Should be about a 30 minute job taking your time. No gotchas I can recall, some aftermarket cats will have bolts rather than studs, but I have had no troubles in the 2 years I have run a new cat.
