04 Aveo won't shift out of park. Please help.

My 04 Aveo won't shift out of park. Also I can't remove the key from the ignition unless the battery is disconnected. Also the brake lights doesn't turn on when I'm pressing the brakes. I read it might be brake switch and replaced it but no change. Also there seem to be no power to my odometer and radio? My odometer needle doesn't move when I rev the engine. But my check engine light is on. And I can't see mileage because it doesn't turn on either. Even if I have the car turned on. What could be causing this? Please help.

It's time to use a multimeter tool and start checking fuses.

I've checked all the fuses and some of them working and some not. Getting partial power to the fuse box?

There is a big difference between a fuse working, not working, and no power. If the fuse is not working then replace it. If the fuse has no power, then you need to check upstream. Some low batteries can show up with your symptoms. What is the voltage on your battery?
