2004 Rear Shock noise still after replacing pair

I replaced my rear shocks and support brackets on my 2004 Aveo and every time I go over a bump it still make noise like shocks where never replaced...had two different people tighten everything on shocks and still makes horrible noise when rolling over bumpy surface. any suggestions on how to stop noise????

Check your rear dead axle beam bushings. They mount the trailing arm assembly to the car.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
