06 Aveo wanders to the left

My 06 Aveo has been wandering to the left since I have bought it. The alignment has been checked and is OK as well as the tire pressure. The rims are brand new also. Lately I have noticed that when I brake this seems to make the car pull to the left even more. Do I have a brake pad hanging up or possibly a bad caliper? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Its easy enough to check. Jack the front of the car up (both wheels) and try to spin the wheels by hand.

I have done this and both wheels are extremely hard to spin, with the tranny in neutral of course. Brake pads have plenty of wear left on them and rotors look to be in good shape. Any further suggestions? Thanks for the previous reply.

Have you figured out what the problem is yet?

The wheels should spin easily with the car off the ground and in neutral. From what I have read, you may have an issue with the brakes, very possibly the Calipers.
