Micro USB port - 2011 Aveo, UK

Hello. Does anyone know how to use this USB hole? It is a micro USB port, nothing I have fits. Anyone got around this or bought an adapter to convert to full size USB? Appreciate any help.

Hi Tom, I connect my USB flash drives via a very simple and cheap setup. You need 1x male mini USB to male standard USB connector (you probably already have one lying around the house) and 1x USB female-to-female adapter. Connect the cable to the Aveo's mini USB connector and then use the female-to-female adapter to make the other end a port for your flash drives.

Alternatively you can just purchase a male mini USB to female standard USB cable from eBay or Amazon. You can pick one up for a couple of bucks.
