      Tensioner pulley going out.

Spotted it tonight when I got home from work. That squeaky plastic bearing sound clued me in.

Anyway, I am going to pick up a new one soon, but need to know if I should just purchase the pulley, or if it would be smarter to get the entire tensioner assembly?

The car is at about 45,000 miles

Current pulley squeaks and is wobbling side to side quite a bit. belt is not slipping though.

I will think of a better signature later.

I would do the whole assembly myself depending on price. Only because something "else" is potentially wrong to have caused the bearing to fail.

Ok. It's only a $10 dollar difference so I will go for it. Thanks.

Nope sorry. I went in and asked for it by the part name. A search on the website should reveal it.
