Did you already put it on? If not, would it be possible to get some pictures of the inside of the individual ports as well as some inside shots of the collector. Just curious as to how good the design/assembly is.

When I installed my header the head bolts were too long and the threads ran out before allowing the nut to be tightened to the head. I simply put another nut in-between as a spacer.

      Pictures/Header

I have to take them off again tonight to repaint. But I will get some more pictures for you of the actual inside.

I have attached what i have done so far.

And ya mine didn't fit either it required to nuts. I have to go to a hardware store to pick up more now. But i can tell you this... My car is stupidly loud when it accelerates....

I had to grind off most of the bolts for the cat anyway too, everything was so rusted it on it, it was impossible to take off by normal tools

Well Software to design headers... umm I am an engineering major so I would suggest AutoDesk Inventor or Auto CAD. I mean you could try google sketch up but it I haven't gotten used to it yet so.....

Anyway ya these are Xaiogary's headers, they are being shipped from singapore.
Also I do notice a difference in throttle response, but not really in overall horsepower..... that also maybe because I have around 400 lbs of audio equipment in my trunk XD

save yourself time, buy a exhaust to head gasket create a pdf or cad file of it. and get it cut out of 3/8" steel. but a 1.8 honda (or similar header) cut off the flange and rebend the pipes to fit into your newly cut flange, weld.

$50-100 flange, $75 ebay manifold, and some work.

Rabbit is right.... save yourself the time and money... you will have to drop around $400 to get that header from xaiogary.... and I have 2x XS D3100 (100lbs) 2x DD9512s both were on 2 American bass 500.1s and I had a lot of midrange equipment including 2x MB Quart Discus 4.125s

And to be honest if I could I would have probably gone with a high flow cat vs the cat delete.... just saying

i would pay $400 for a bolt on part, but a ecotec header is not available. paying someone to design all the pipes etc will probably be over $1000 easy. too much for header.
