2004 aveo will only run sometimes.. Need help?

I have a 2004 aveo with a 1.6 engine.(timing belt eater). The timing belt broke and it set for about 2 months. After changing the valves, the engine will only run sometimes. The injectors will not pulsate. It has a brand new ECM on it. It will run every once in a while but not often. Any ideas??

ground wires reattached properly and cleaned?

oil pressure ok? the switch on the oil pump could have an intermittent pressure issue, or sludge build up that "drops" pressure
