2 problems. Cold start, and camshaft ware..

In the morning my 2005 aveo starts and dies
Several times before starting. When it was really cold
It didn't start. There are no codes and no engine light on.
I checked the pressure on the end of the fuel rail and showed
No pressure but it started. Is there another place to check it?

When I changed the valve cover gasket there was pitting
On several cam lobes. Where is the the best place to buy cams?
I have already got a timing belt with tentioner and water pump.

Honestly I would not bother replacing your cams. There is enough surface area in touch with the valve poppet that should not effect timing.

If you hit the valve on your fuel rail and does not spray at pressure then something is wrong. You will need to get that fixed.
