I googled the same as you - low coolant flow. Check that your coolant level is OK. Perhaps air in the system otherwise somethings probably wrong with the coolant pump (not a small job as likely runs off of the timing belt if it's anything like the 2005 Aveo model).

Your car should be under warranty so I would pay a visit to your dealer. Keep an eye on the coolant temperature so that your engine isn't running hot!
Could also be a false code? Keep eye on coolant temp...
