Need to locate blend door on 05' Aveo

I'm thinking I might need to replace it.. Its a factory non-air 5 speed aveo..

Pictures would be helpful..

luke warm heat... Checked all other possibilities I think...

It might not need replaced. the foam just could be worn out replace with an ingenuitive duct tape job and it will work better than ever.
