How to change drivers side lower control arm that bolts are hard to get off...

I posted this in the wrong section i think, Hello all im new here... I have a 2005 aveo that i have been trying to get this off for a few days and it seems like im getting no where.. I have been using a battery powered impact wrench, breaker bar, pb blaster...
