Fan not coming on 2005

Really hope someone can help... I have a 2005 with a radiator fan that won't come on...I hooked up power to the fan and the fan worked... But under circumstances that the fan should run, ie ac running or temp on the high side, the plug doesn't register a power signal to the fan... Checked all the fuses and they are good... This has me scratching my head... Thanks in advance

How about the relay(s) - did you swap and/or test them as well? And also did you check if there is power at both of the powered relay pins?
