It has done this a couple times. But, now the clutch stays on the floor. I notice when I push the break. Fluid comes out of a hose. What part is this?

It has done this a couple times. But, now the clutch stays on the floor. I notice when I push the break. Fluid comes out of a hose. What part is this?
The clutch & brake systems share the same fluid reservoir -- on top of the brake master cylinder.
So the two problems are connected. Whatever is leaking needs to be replaced -- leaking fluid = neither system works properly.
