Check timing belt

Is there an easy way to check the condition of a timing belt on a 2006 aveo? I’m at 140,000 miles and I’m trying to get an idea of how much longer I have until it would fail

The condition of the belt can be checked by removing the top timing cover, but the bearings can't be checked. All 3 bearings in the other belt loop parts are subject to failure, with the same disastrous result as when the belt itself fails. So that's the reason for changing all 4 at the 60K specified intervals. If you can't determine when the last change was done, then just do the whole job asap.
