Forum upgraded - Post bug reports here

We're happy to say that AveoForum's forum software has been upgraded! We're looking forward to offering bonus features in the coming weeks (first up will be the members garage).

Before that, please use this thread if you see any problems. We're aware of three right now:

1) If you haven't logged in yet, you need to RESET your password. Your old one won't work.

To reset your password click here: password recovery form

Note that the e-mail address you registered with must be valid. If it's not, or if you're having problems logging in, contact us at admin@aveoforum.com

2) You need to reset your avatar.

3) We see a bug in Internet Explorer browser - the login box isn't where it's supposed to be, and after you logged in, the user menu isn't where it's supposed to be. The forum skin designer will fix this soon, hopefully.

I am working on updating an old thread i have here Will the forum links in the thread still be valid? I dont have time to check at the moment.

Links to the old threads (with ".../phpBB3/..." in the URL) should continue to work.

I've tested a bunch so far that are formatted slightly differently, and so far so good.

I had to select atlantic time to get my clock to match. not daylight saving time compatible?

Hmm ... the time is working for me, and we're in the same time zone. I just selected GMT-5 (Eastern time zone) in the user control panel.

There's also a setting you can enable to detect daylight savings or not. Check here:

i had it set to automatically detect, and changed it to always and changed my timezone, its the right time, well see when it changes back..

Where are read topics versus hot topics? look like i have a bunch of unread threads scattered about.

i'm starting to see the blue dots are for unread. and the yellow pages mean something else..
