Whether it can be repaired cylinder head with baked camshaft?The camshaft is baked because there was not enough oil.Аvео 1.2 8 valves 2006.I can not find a new cylinder head with camshaft.Еngine only has 45 000 km.

I see you did not get any replies. But anyhow, what happened w/ cam may be only what failed. The low oil most likely caused other issues that are invisible; After putting money into the head fix, that motor's days are will be fewer due to premature wear due lack of lubrication. The cylinders may be scored and the rod/main bearings may have been overheated and scored too.

Just an opinion, new motor ( or complete rebuild )
