Has anyone had this 2009 Aveo software update done for Improvement of engine stall and o2 sensor ? operational software 12635484 ? and did it help anything ? Also see one here for IPC operational Software 00000316, quality improvement at low battery voltage....
I got this update put in today will post if I notice anything remarkable...2009 and below is covered under warranty I am told 2010 and newer not the case.
What I have noticed so far is the new value for the PCM acceptable oil pressure seems to be set to 0 pounds, in other words your light comes on as if it's working and goes out in a second or two even if the oil pressure is 0. That's kinda interesting.....
