Noise after timing belt change

Hello there, I recently changed my timing belt and now have drivetrain noise. It has gotten louder and now i am concerned. Is there an alignment on the motor mount and that has possibly started the problem or is it unrelated and just pure coincidence that it decided to happen now. Any help would be fantastic.

Did you mention the noise to the mechanic who did the change or did you do it yourself?
