      Help! Where is fuel filter??

      Hello everybody. I can't find the fuel filter where is it located? I have 2007 Aveo5 LS.

      this debate/issue has been going around and around.

      It seems, pre 07 doesn't have a serviceable one, and 09 + it is on the side of the tank.

      where in pittsburgh are you? I wouldn't mind taking a look for myself.

      So, My aveo don't have fluid filter? I can't believe, all cars have a fuel filter..

      If you READ the previous post, he says it does not have a "serviceable" filter, not "no filter". this means it is inside the fuel tank, so there is a filter, but it is not readily accessable for the DIY'er, but please feel free to drop the tank, and be sure to take pics for the DIY article

      i do believe there is an access through the floor, probably only an addition half hour at most. (pulling the sending unit).

      The maintenance schedule that came with my 2005 Aveo suggests changing the fuel filter at 90,000 miles. When I searched rockauto.com, I could not find a fuel filter offered for my car. A minor mystery to be solved?

      i have pics of my 07 under body definetely no filter.i have to resize my pics to post.also have fuel system on pdf (from work manual) but cant figure out how to convert to jpeg to post.will post when i figure it out
