Cold weather issue getting car to crank

When the temperature get below 20 degrees or so my 2004 Aveo will not crank. This issue has happened a number of time last year and just today when the temp got down to 10 degrees last night. The car has power, the windows and radio work fine. It is an automatic and the brake safety will not let the car get out of park. The starter will not kick - only here a click in the fuse box. If I leave the car until it gets above 20 or better degrees it starts and runs fine and will drive fine. No codes show on the computer and like I said will not happen again for weeks. The only factor seems to be very cold temps. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue and if they found the problem that was causing it. Thanks.

      Test the battery.

Agreed, test the battery. Alternatively, you can try jumping it when it gets that cold. If that fixes it, you know its the battery.

Post everything you've tested or fixed in order to resolve this issue. I have other suggestions, but am not interested in wasting my time with things you already tried.
