      Unhappy Code P 2076

Hello, I Just bought an Aveo5 2007 3 weeks ago and Im getting this code now, seems to be intermitent one day is there then i have it for 2 days then nothing again... I went to autozone and they give me this.
      P2076
Definition: Intake manifold tuning valve position sensor circuit range/performance bank 1
      Probable cause:
      Linkage stuck or broken
      Mechanical Condition
      Intake Manifold Tuning Valve
Then i went to the dealer and they supposedly replaced the intake manifold valve , but searching on the forum i found this
INTAKE MANIFOLD. Fits: Aveo | Tonkin Online Parts

And Im sure they replaced the part Number 7 that said is ACTUATOR. Intake Manifold Vacuum so, did they replaced the wrong part? Is the right part the Number 43 VALVE. Engine Fuel Intake Manifold.?
I really dont know what to do, seems like they are just replacing parts to look for the bad one.

PD They reset the code after replacing the part and it came back again!

If number 7 didn't fix it, number 43 should. Kind of crappy service, they should be able to diagnose the difference and replace the correct part the first time instead of guessing...

Take it back and tell them what you've seen online. If this is a stand-up shop, they will install the correct part N/C. If they do that, just say thanks and chalk it up to a simple mistake like looking up the wrong part (might be one that doesn't get replaced very often). But if they're unwilling to fix the mistake on their nickel, ask to talk to the manager. If they still balk, tell them you're going to another shop and will file a BB complaint against them. Might not work, but there's no way you want to give an outfit that would hose you like that another $ anyway. Just another example of why many of us on these forums try to DIY whenever possible. Good luck - hope they do the right thing and get this taken care of!

Thank you for your help, ok how can i if there is a vacuum leak on 7?.
And actually i was there when they called and ask for a "intake manifold tuning valve" so maybe the mistake was made by GM?
So do you guys think that the wrong part was replaced?

A to a list of 2007 Aveo Technical service bulletins from "Car Complaints" website.
