      Can't locate the Thermostat on my 2009 Aveo, help please!

      My Aveo has been sputtering pretty bad this past week and I read that I might be a busted thermostat, I looked and can't find it anywhere. Thanks!!

      Remove The Upper Radiator hose housing from the engine. It's in there....I doubt its causing your Aveo to sputter though

      Sounds like a fuel or ignition problem. When was the last time you changed the engine air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, coil, et cetera? Good luck. Modern cars are so complicated it could be anything.

      Same thing happened to my 09'. Took it to the dealer and they had to replace the coil pack. Runs great again. FYI...Coil pack is not covered under warrenty...

      sputtering 2009 sedan

      My 2009 sedan with 84K seems to sputter a little bit at times. otherwise I have had great luck so far
