2009 aveo 5 when warmed up and ac on car sounds like its missing

When driving the car it feels like its missing and it is worse with the ac on. It feels like the engine has a hicup or bogs down for a second. Could the serpentine belt be to blame or am I looking at the plugs etc. I put ngk iridium plugs in it about 40k ago I am stumped also kind of has a rotten egg smell to it. Car has 104k miles on it and this morning the check engine light came on and off as well as the hold light came on and off and has not come back on but still has that slight jerk bog down feeling to it.

I figured it out the plugs and boots were replaced by chevy under a recall and now I am replacing the serpentine belts there are 2 one main belt and the power steering belt how do you remove this belt?

wait the plugs and boots caused the issue? the second belt when i took it off i loosed the power steering pump. not sure if that is the correct way, but it worked for me.

Yes the plugs and boots fixed the rough idling issue and I got the second belt you have to remove the power sterring pump bracket two screws that hold it on to the engine change both belts and re mount power steering all fixed runs like new again
