I will be installing a hitch on my 06 for towing my small trailer for little things. My wife does not drive my ride due to it being a man trans but when she needs our other rig (04 saturn vue) and I want to pull something I can't. definately will be getting a hitch which are easy to get for this can and there are videos on youtube to install yourself.

Where Can I get the wiring harness for hooking up to the trailer lights. Do you need to splice them together or does it plug in?

You will need a 5 to 4 converter because the car uses different flashing and braking lights. You'll most likely not find a kit, you'll have to splice it yourself, or let someone else do it.
I leased Pontiac Wave from September 2006 to August 2011.

How about that kit that I suggested he checks out on eBay? There's a chance it might work for our cars since they advertise it as being a direct fit for our exact cars... the link is in this thread here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27855
