No, there isn't any way to rotate pics when you upload them. They maintain their original orientation. I went through and fixed all the pics in this thread though.

You are the best. Thank you very much for doing so and I do appreciate it. When rabbit posted the first picture of the metal plate over the back window, I could not wrap my head around it because of the orientation. Now I can.

you guys can just turn your heads.. its good exercise. :P (probably the only exercise some of you get)

Parts are in primer, lots of coats and a rough surface.

here you can see how i molded it to the original body line:

And here is the body line i added under the grill:

now it just need finish sanded, and any smaller imperfections filled.

The hatch had a set back, I needed to start over on that portion.

I have a crick in my neck from looking left. Now if the orientation alternated between left and right I can get twice the exercise. Sweet work on the feathering on the front bumper. Going to order mine today and do that over the Christmas holidays.

i don't know if you noticed, there isn't anything else in my shop. I have 18 people learning how to do body work using my car. We have done a few other projects.

A little about me: I had 10 years in the industry, I can do anything automotive really. If I can't do it, I know who can. The industry treated me very well, I made my money and decided to get out before I got banged up (if you look at the older guys in the shop you know what i mean). I left the industry and went back to school (why I bought the aveo in the first place) and got a Elementary and Special Education degree. I ended up with a job teaching auto body in a special education center. So everyone who works on the car is a student at the school. I honestly try not to touch it, but in showing them how to do "custom" I have been really involved. I have students in all categories of exceptionalities. And they all do their part to work on this car. I do have delays, and not everything comes out perfect.. but for a bunch of high school aged special ed students we give some of the best shops i have worked in a run for the money so to speak.

Rabbit, this is one of your special qualities, your generosity. Your students are lucky to have an experienced person like you. Your advice has been invaluable on this board. Finally after years of owning the coil over kit that you made this weekend I will finally get it on my car. I am pumped about that.
