Almost forgot what an AVEO looks like... (spoiler warning)

I just got done spraying the car.. I can't even remember what it used to look like. Going to do some side by side shots when its all together. I forced it through, 7 days of school left. It really could have used a another skim coat, block sand, and then primed and wet sanded a second time to be perfect. But with how it goes, txt school year if necessary, I can wet sand the clear and spray a coat of base and re clear and it will be 100% too.

ON TO THE PICTURES not assembled yet, but can't really wait..

Only got buffing done for the day, and then unmasked it. Should start going together tomorrow

Renewed the registration with 2 months left until the next renewal.. Will be back on the road inspected and driving by next week.

      MY tail lights:

You should remember I cut the tops off for the BOSER hatch look.. (check the added metal in the hatch and 1/4)
I still need to cap them.

Well that wasn't enough, time to modify the inside. DIY not for the faint of heart.

      Make some access..

I will probably slightly tint the lenses and such as well.

Did a little while t home for the weekend.

glued the LED panels into the housing, figured out another LED add on for the turn signal in the top of the light. Need more glue to put it all back together, but ran the wires out of the hole. Will modify a grommet to fit the hole, seal the other holes. And then cap the light with lexan. Sand, tint, and install.
